Refreshing bitter liqueur made from special kind of orange, Citrus aurantium, which can still be found in the gardens of the old houses, as has recently been superseded by a new species.  From it is made a tasty juice and jam. The flowers, leaves and fruit are recommended in the treatment of weak nerves, and aromatic bark is used in making sweets. Serve slightly chilled.

Basic ingredients: Macerate and juice of ecologically grown sour orange, alcohol, water, sugar
