Carob fruit brandy • Brandy is produced by distilling fermented ripe carob, Ceratonia siliqua. Carob is a wild tree with aromatic fruit flavors and distinctive shapes. Toasted and ground carob once has been used as a coffee substitute. Carob flour is considered as an effective mean for  treatement of diarrhea and stomach poisoning. Serve slightly chilled.
